Château Loudenne, situated on the banks of
the Gironde estuary, is one of the most delightful sites in the Médoc, the charm of
which did not escape the appreciative eye of
its owners, Marie-Claude and Jean-Paul Lafragette.
Château Loudenne stretches over a superb estate of 132 hectares, with 48 hectares of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet
Franc, and 12 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc
and Sémillon.

Its wines come in three colours : red, white
and rosé.

- Château Loudenne, a Médoc Cru Bourgeois, regularly awarded prizes, benefits from an excellent reputation.
- Château Loudenne, Bordeaux blanc, one of the great dry white wines, is unique in the Médoc.
- La Rose de Loudenne, Bordeaux rosé, owes its name to a collection of old rose bushes in the grounds, and to the colour of this famous “Pink Château”.

"There is no great vineyard which cannot see the river"

As the only château in the Médoc to benefit from its own private harbour, this delightful estate encourages visitors to adopt its motto : “Luxury, beauty and pleasure…”.
